Legitimate child of the Web 2.0, Community Management is an intense profession. It indeed puts into practice all the strategies, methodologies and management/Communication tools, aimed at supervising and increasing users communities (followers), for/And around a brand, a Web platform, a video game, an institution, a public character (etc., etc.). Without too much exaggeration, we could consider this profession as a natural evolution of a previous function known as press officer, both having now merged.
